By booking a massage with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Payment and booking
Payment for the treatment will confirm your appointment time. If you do not pre-pay for your appointment, the booking will not be valid.
Booking and payment must be made through the online booking system.
Block bookings and gift vouchers must be used within the specified timeframe or expiry date. Gift vouchers are valid for six months. Packages are valid for three months from the date of the first appointment.
Your first booking will include a consultation form and discussion. Information disclosed in your consultation is completely confidential. Please make sure that the information you give is accurate, true and includes anything you think may be relevant.

Cancellation
In order to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies apply:
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to book in. If you are unable to give 24-hours advance notice you will be charged for the appointment.
I understand that emergencies arise and illnesses occur. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24-hours prior to your appointment time, please reschedule your session.
Extreme weather may result in the need for late cancellations.
The 24-hour cancellation period is the default policy, however payment of sessions affected by late cancellation due to emergency, illness, or extreme weather will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
If you need to cancel your appointment, Whatsapp or text on 07969 060058 as soon as possible.
If I need to cancel your appointment, I will let you know as soon as I can and will offer you the next available appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the clients who have booked after. Depending on how late you arrive, we will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.
Out of respect and consideration to other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Inappropriate behaviour
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session.
Depending on the behaviour, I may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary.
Please wear appropriate underwear for your appointment.
