Flow in harmony retreat
An uplifting and energising wellbeing retreat for women to connect with their voice, breath and body. The day will involve both energising and restorative yoga sessions led by Jess, singing sessions with beautiful harmonies led by Harriet, as well as meditation, relaxation and nourishing food to lift your soul. Taking place on 18th January 2025 at the White Eagle Lodge in the beautiful countryside in Liss, Hampshire.
